From the dark depths of the soul I bring you Johnny Hollow. This band is nothing short of amazing. It mixes electronic ambiance with gothic and darkwave melody. Kitty Thompson plays the cello, and uses it in conjunction with several effects pedals. Janine White displays her beautiful yet haunting vocals over Vincent Marcone's electronic handiwork. The group produces a unique sound which is "sometimes uplifting and, at other times, deeply oppressive"(Urptsukidojis Pad webzine). This band is perfect for deep thought, creative inspiration, or even when you just feel the need for ambiance.
